SS-100 (Array Test Station)
600V/2A - used for testing multiple two- or three- lead semiconductor devices in dual or multiple-device packages. The station comes standard with two relay boards, but more can be added if needed.
SS-100HV
2kV/2A - used for testing multiple two- or three- lead semiconductor devices in dual or multiple-device packages. The station comes standard with two relay boards, but can fit up to 10 boards.
SS-100HI
600V/100A - used for testing multiple two- or three- lead semiconductor devices in dual or multiple-device packages. The station comes standard with two relay boards, but more can be added.
SS-100HP
2KV/100A - used for testing multiple two- or three- lead semiconductor devices in dual or multiple-device packages. The station comes standard with two relay boards, but can fit up to eight boards.
SS-150
600V/2A - FET station offers a 0 to 200pA range with maximum resolution of 100fA and accuracy of 2% + 10pA + 0.1pA/V. The station comes standard with two relay boards, but more can be added if needed.
SS-150CAP
600V/2A - FET station offers a 0 to 200pA range with maximum resolution of 100fA and accuracy of 2% + 10pA + 0.1pA/V. It also tests capacitance and runs CIB, COB, COSS, CISS, and CRSS.
SS-200
2kV/100A - Diode array test station used for testing multiple diodes at one time. The station comes standard with two relay boards, but more can be added if needed.
